These Terms govern your use of SnapField Ledger. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating a SnapField Ledger account or using our platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use SnapField. These Terms apply to all users, including free (Lite) and paid (Pro) subscribers.
SnapField Ledger is a grain settlement verification platform that uses AI to help agricultural producers log grain loads, compare scale and settlement tickets, calculate expected payouts, and identify discrepancies. The platform includes load management, analytics, AI-assisted verification, camera roll import, elevator discount schedule management, and an AI advisor ("Snappy").
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use SnapField. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Lite (Free): Includes up to 5 uploads and AI verifications per week, scale ticket logging, basic load history, and manual data entry at no charge. Pro: Unlimited loads, AI settlement verification, camera roll bulk import, full analytics, Snappy AI advisor, buyer discount schedules, settlement reconstruction, exception management, audit trail, and priority support. Billed at $49/month or $499/year.

SnapField uses artificial intelligence to extract data from ticket images and perform settlement calculations. You acknowledge and agree that:
You retain ownership of all data you upload to SnapField (ticket images, load records, etc.). By using SnapField, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
SnapField Ledger, its logo, platform design, code, and all original content are the intellectual property of SnapField Ledger and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform or branding without written permission.
SnapField is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI results will be accurate. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapField Ledger and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost settlements, or financial losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapField Ledger from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of SnapField after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
